Premier Auto Trade Pty Ltd warrants all Raceworks products to the original purchaser for 2 Years from date of purchase.
Claims under this warranty are limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the product.
Under this warranty, Premier Auto Trade Pty Ltd warrants that (subject to the limitations and conditions in this document), each Raceworks Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the 24 month warranty term and will be repaired or replaced free of charge if the applicable conditions of this warranty are met, and provided that Premier Auto Trade and the relevant manufacturer are satisfied, in their sole discretion, that the defect or failure is due solely to faulty workmanship or the use of faulty materials.
Raceworks products which has been improperly used, abused, maltreatment, altered or subject to inattention, interference or other improper use by the Customer or any third party are not covered under our policy.
Unless otherwise specified, this warranty does not cover:
(a) modified, abused, neglected, accidentally damaged or excessively worn products, or products that have become damaged or defective as a result of improper use including but not limited to electrical shorts, incorrect fitment or use, contamination;
(b) repairs attempted or made by others;
(c) conditions or malfunctions caused by the reasonable effects of fair wear and tear or the malfunction of normally wearing parts, which include but are not limited to: gaskets, seals, O-rings, pins, terminals;
(d) consumable items, such as batteries if they have been used
Under this warranty, Premier Auto Trade Pty Ltd is Not Liable for Third Party Recommendations or Modifications.
Modification of fuel management systems should only be carried out by suitably qualified personnel. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/consumer to ensure the product is compatible with the fuel management system used to avoid damage and/or injury.
In any event, subject to statutory warranties, Premier Auto Trade Pty Ltd is not liable for damage caused by third party recommendations or modifications.
Modification of fuel management systems may cause a vehicle to contravene state or federal emission laws. Premier Auto Trade Pty Ltd does not endorse or recommend the modification of standard vehicles and does not accept liability for damages or consequential loss related to any modification undertaken.
This warranty is not transferrable beyond the original purchaser. Proof of purchase documentation will be required to process claims under this warranty.
With products capable of repair that are found to be defective but repairable it may only be necessary to replace a particular part. Where this is applicable, only replacement of the defective, required part will be free of charge. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
The repair of your goods may result in the loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods.
